Your profile already exists

If you see the message “Your profile already exists” after purchasing a new subscription, it means that your email is already registered in our system from a previous account.
Why can’t I access my subscription?
Currently, it’s not possible to merge your new subscription with your old account. We understand how this can be inconvenient.
What are the options?
As a workaround, our Support Team can delete your old account (including all associated data and your email).
After that, you’ll be able to create a new account with your current subscription.
